to create healthy employment relationships.
We see a need for this service based on the following information
reported by the media:
- In November 2009, it was reported that job openings are up but
hiring has not increased. We believe the reason for this is that
there are mare than an average number of candidates on the market.
It may take a considerable amount of effort to find the most
qualified candidates. The value we offer to address this is to use
our approach to accurately identify the qualified candidates while
you run your business. For candidates, we use our approach to get
you placed quickly and efficiently in the right position.
- All too often during a job recovery, there is a high turnover rate
as the situation improves. While we cannot eliminate that turn over,
we do work to reduce the probability by creating a healthy
